Interim Financial Controller | Manchester | Up to £650pd | Immediate StartMarks Sattin are delighted to be working with a growing business based in Manchester to recruit for an experienced Interim Financial Controller. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management within a Private Equity tech business. This role is critical in overseeing the financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and providing strategic insights to support our growth objectives.Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
About you
- ACA/ACCA/ACMA qualified Accountant.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller in a Private Equity-backed tech business.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and Excel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.
