We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join a growing business within the premium manufacturing sector.

Description
- This role involves overseeing management accounts.
- Providing detailed financial analysis.
- Supporting decision-making through accurate reporting.
- Preparing monthly management accounts, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Preparing ad hoc financial information reports to the Finance Director and other senior stakeholders.
- Act as point of contact for the year end audit and tax work, addressing any questions and providing information as required.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Professional accounting certification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Offer
- Up to £55,000 salary, dependent on experience.
- Generous pension contribution.
- Holiday allowance of 25 days, plus Christmas closure
