Your new companyYour new company offers high level maintenance, repair, and installation services across the UK. They specialise in Electric Gates, Barriers, Roller Shutters and related Access Control Systems, catering to a diverse range of sectors. Your new roleIn your new role you will prepare the monthly Management Accounts and weekly MI in accordance with deadlines. You will set,, manage and monitor compliance and streamline processes. You will lead on the development of monthly consolidated management accounts suite including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow.You will ensure up to date with UK GAAP to lead the annual statutory accounts process, developing monthly working paper files and reconciliations to ensure readiness for implementation of an external audit process. You will support with budgets and forecasts as required, including project cashflow forecasts. You will prepare the year end statutory accounts and simple corporation tax computations. What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this part-time Financial Controller position you will have experience of working within the business service sector. Good oral and written communication skills.Ability to work as part of a close-knit team. You will have excellent analytical and numerical abilities. You will be a forward-thinking individual with strong planning capability.Ability to multitask and manage parallel work streams. Financial modelling experience would be preferred.
