Operations Coordinator

Location: Manchester M32 (Trafford Park)

Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time (8:30-5PM)

Salary: £27,000 - £28,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Operations Coordinator to join a fast-growing supplies company. This role requires strong prioritisation, planning, and communication skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor incoming calls and work orders, identifying and actioning them promptly.
  • Process new jobs/work orders.
  • Follow up with customers via calls and emails.
  • Handle customer calls and queries.
  • Set up and sign off new agreements.
  • Create and manage new customer accounts.
  • Generate equipment function jobs and add them to accounts.
  • Order stock from suppliers.
  • Oversee deal completion.
  • Assist the operations team with various tasks.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Coordinator/Administration role.
  • Strong administrative experience with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, ideally Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
