Order Administrator
Trafford Park
Salary: Up to £25,863 per annum
Hours: Mon – Thurs 9am - 5.30pm, Fri 9am - 4.15pm
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
My client is a market leader in the promotional merchandise industry. Customer service is everything to them and they’re proud to stand out from the crowd providing a service second to none for their clients.
To support continued growth, we’re looking for dynamic and enthusiastic people to join our existing teams.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing quotations
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Timely processing of customer stock orders, ensuring that they are accurate and complete
- Negotiating with suppliers
- Supporting Account Managers.
- Working within SLA’s to provide the highest level of customer service.
What you’ll need:
- At least 18 month’s previous customer service experience, preferably gained in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of preparing quotes, negotiating and processing orders
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport and communicate at all levels.
- To be a real team player, with personality, empathy and the drive to succeed, with exceptional organisational skills and excellent attention to detail is crucial for this role.
- You will be determined to go the extra mile to achieve results.
- Both commercial and sales awareness are key to being successful in this role.
- You will be computer literate with good keyboard skills
