Teacher of Performing Arts (QTS) - Wythenshawe, Manchester

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Qualified Teacher (QTS) to deliver Performing Arts classes at a large, modern, and well-facilitated school in Wythenshawe, Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your teaching skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Details:

Role: Teacher of Performing Arts (QTS) or Cover Teacher with subject knowledge/experience
Dates: 24th February - 28th February (covering a planned absence)
Location: Wythenshawe, Manchester
Pay: 180 per day
School: Large, modern school with excellent facilities and resources for Performing Arts
Subject: Performing Arts (Planning and delivering lessons)

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and inspiring Performing Arts lessons.
Manage a range of classes across different year groups.
Ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
Follow the school's curriculum and deliver lessons effectively to all students.
Provide feedback on student progress.

Requirements:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Passion for performing arts and teaching
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Ability to plan and deliver high-quality lessons
Previous experience teaching Performing Arts is desirable, but not essential
