Sales Development Representative - Lead

£55,000 + Double OTE

A leading SaaS company renowned for their cutting-edge, award-winning solutions in the property and facilities management sectors is seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead new business opportunities, support team success, and map out strategic initiatives alongside our leadership team.

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you’ll lead from the front to drive pipeline growth and exceed targets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business: Prospect and develop strategic go-to-market initiatives to uncover new opportunities.
  • Lead by Example: Inspire and motivate fellow SDRs while achieving personal targets and goals.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CRO to define the end-to-end SDR process.
  • Qualify Leads: Take incoming prospects from marketing campaigns and convert them into high-value opportunities.
  • Deliver Presentations: Be the first point of contact, articulating the benefits of our software to potential clients.
  • Pipeline Growth: Schedule and host meetings with key stakeholders, progressing deals through the sales funnel.
  • Revenue Impact: Close deals, contributing significantly to our overall growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional colleagues to ensure success.
