Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Region Director and Commercial Director of our business, overseeing a team of 1,400 staff members. This is a key administrative role within a large, dynamic business, offering the opportunity to contribute to the efficient running of senior-level operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PA and office management, with proven experience in supporting senior leadership in a busy corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Region Director and Commercial Director.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and plan travel arrangements.
  • Assist with event planning, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters related to senior management and sensitive business information.
  • Handle office management duties, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a PA, Office Management, or Senior Admin role.
  • Business Administration NVQ Level 3 (preferred).
  • Membership of the Institute of Administrative Management (IAM) is desirable.
  • Proven experience in a support role within a large business environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in event planning, travel coordination, and meeting organization.
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Additional Information:

  • This position is offered on a temporary basis for a minimum of three months.
  • Flexibility with working hours is available, with core hours from 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
