This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and experienced Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our Region Director and Commercial Director. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and providing exceptional support to our senior management team.

As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our Region Director and Commercial Director, supporting a team of 1400 staff members. This is a varied and fast-paced role where attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks is essential.

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient individual with a minimum of two years experience as a PA or in a senior administrative role. A Business Administration NVQ level 3 is preferred, and membership of the Institute of Administrative Management (IAM) is desirable.

The successful candidate will be familiar with working in a large business and providing support to senior management. Strong event planning, travel coordination, and meeting planning skills are also essential, as well as strict adherence to confidentiality at all times.
