- Administering the recruitment process for early careers programs.
- Collating and maintaining candidate data with high accuracy.
- Coordinating interview schedules and ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders.
- Working with the wider HR team to deliver a seamless recruitment experience for candidates.
- Producing regular reports on recruitment activities.
- Contributing to ad-hoc recruitment projects when necessary.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant company and legal policies.
- Acting as the first point of contact for recruitment queries.
Profile
A successful Early Careers Recruitment Administrator should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge and a proven track record of facilitating recruitment processes
- A genuine desire to pursue a career in early careers/HR
- Experience in a professional services environment is favourable.
