  • Develop the asset management strategy
  • Oversee a service area of team leaders, surveyors and officers
  • 5 year and 30 year capital investments programme
  • Ensure of accurate stock condition data
  • Budget management and forecasting
  • Liaise with other service areas including repairs, neighbourhoods, compliance and finance

Profile

  • Relevant housing, construction or buildings related qualifications
  • Proven track record creating asset management strategies
  • Experience operating with the housing sector
  • Understanding of housing law and regulations
