Our client, a specialist consultancy providing regulatory support to financial professionals, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team. This role requires a motivated individual with a passion for both sales and marketing, capable of driving lead generation, client engagement, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Activities:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and sales meetings to convert leads into clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met.
  • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients.

Marketing Activities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Create engaging content, such as blogs, newsletters, and social media posts, to promote the company’s services.
  • Analyse marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies for improved effectiveness.
  • Manage and enhance the company's online presence and engagement.
  • Support the development of marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Work closely with senior management to develop growth strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners on advertising and promotional activities.
  • Provide insights on market trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, design, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Prior experience writing for financial or legal sectors is highly desirable.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines.
