What's required of the Senior Project Manager?
- Experience overseeing and managing NEC and JCT contracts across a range of construction projects.
- Experience ensuring smooth execution of projects, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Experience collaborating effectively with stakeholders, managing budgets, timelines, and resources to meet project goals.
- Achieved Chartered status (RICS, CIOB, or APM) would be advantageous but is not essential.
