Please Note: This position is primarily remote, but be prepared for occasional travel to our IRIS Software offices to deliver engaging onsite training sessions.

What will you be doing?

In your role, you’ll have the chance to:

  • Shape Learning Strategies: Collaborate with the L&D Manager to create an engaging Learning and Development strategy that fosters a blended learning environment for all IRIS employees.
  • Deliver Inspiring Workshops: Design and facilitate both virtual and face-to-face workshops that resonate with our teams and ignite their learning journey.
  • Foster a Coaching Culture: Lead by example to cultivate a supportive environment where coaching thrives and everyone feels empowered to grow.
  • Partner for Success: Work closely with the Talent Programme Manager to ensure our succession programmes, like the High Potential programme, provide exciting development opportunities for our internal talent.
  • Enhance Skills Across Teams: Support your colleagues in strengthening their skills through targeted learning interventions that inspire collaboration and growth.
  • Drive Performance Insights: Identify and monitor training KPIs, using data to inform and engage Senior Leaders about our progress and successes.
  • Nurture Future Leaders: Champion initiatives that develop talent for future leadership roles, including our vibrant apprenticeship programmes.
  • Create Engaging Digital Content: Design and develop captivating digital learning materials using tools like Articulate.
  • Welcome New Talent: Oversee the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring they feel welcomed and equipped to succeed within IRIS.
  • Boost Engagement on the LMS: Maximise engagement on our Learning Management System (LMS) by generating excitement and delivering focused content.
  • Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with the communications team to keep all colleagues informed about our exciting L&D offerings.
