Cobalt is working with a reputable property management company in Manchester, seeking a Credit Controller to join their ambitious, friendly and motivated team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced credit professional to play a key role in maintaining and improving the company's cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the collection of outstanding debts from tenants and clients
  • Manage and maintain an efficient credit control system
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, and internal teams to resolve any payment discrepancies
  • Ensure that payments are made promptly and in full
  • Prepare and send out regular statements and reminders
  • Conduct regular credit checks on tenants
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions
  • Contribute to month-end reporting and financial reconciliation

Key Requirements:
