Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate EYFS Teacher to join our educational team in Atherton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive, learn, and develop essential skills. The Teacher will be responsible for managing classroom activities, fostering communication, and promoting a positive learning atmosphere.

Duties

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a safe, inclusive environment for all students.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
  • Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through various activities and play-based learning.
  • Lead group activities that encourage teamwork, cooperation, and leadership skills among students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments.
  • Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience within the Early Years setting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in childcare or working with young children is essential.
  • A qualification in Early Childhood Education.
