We are looking for people with a background in: Dance, Sports, Arts, Music, Design, or Performance.

Key Responsibilities as a Creative Support Assistant:

  • Support children under the guidance of the class teacher, either individually or as part of the class group.
  • Bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude to the classroom, serving as a role model for pupils.
  • Be proactive and confident in using your initiative to adapt to the needs of the children.
  • Help create a safe and encouraging environment that fosters both social and academic growth.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping children succeed.

  • Possesses strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Is proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to different classroom environments.

  • Has relevant experience working with children or young adults in the past 2 years.
  • Has an up-to-date DBS on the update service (or a willingness to apply for one).
