Are you passionate about supporting young learners during their most formative years? We're seeking an enthusiastic and caring EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming school community in South Manchester.
This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in helping children aged 3-5 begin their educational journey. You'll work closely with teachers to deliver an inspiring and creative EYFS curriculum, encouraging curiosity, independence, and a love for learning. While you won't be required to plan or lead lessons, your contribution will be key to creating a warm and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

- Pay: £83 - £95 per day (experience dependent)

Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum through engaging, play-based activities.
- Assisting with daily routines, such as circle time, snack time, and outdoor play.
- Encouraging children's independence while providing individual and group support tailored to their developmental needs.
- Observing and recording children's progress to help identify and bridge learning gaps.
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children feel confident to explore and learn.
- Supporting children's emotional and social development, building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
