This role focuses on supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and is perfect for someone who is passionate about fostering the development of young learners. As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative EYFS lessons. Work closely with children to promote their academic, social, and emotional development. Assist in implementing activities that align with the EYFS framework. Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment where children can thrive. Monitor and record progress to contribute to reports for parents and teachers. Requirements: We are looking for a Level 3 EYFS TA who has: A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. Experience working within an EYFS setting. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, staff, and parents. A proactive, caring, and patient approach to supporting young learners. Eligibility: Right to work in the UK. Enhanced DBS certificate on the online update service (or willingness to apply for one). Two professional references covering at least the last two years.
