The Role:
Responsibilities: As a Nursery Teaching Assistant you will work closely with class teachers to support children's learning. Your duties will include small group work, one-to-one support, and assisting with classroom activities to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
Long-Term Opportunity: This is a full-time, long-term position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience working with children in a primary school setting is essential, ideally within Early Years
Qualifications: A Level 3 Teaching Assistant/Childcare qualification (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
Attributes: We seek a proactive, adaptable, and caring individual who can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. A passion for supporting children's development and learning is a must.
