Cover People are currently recruiting for a full time, SEN Teaching Assistant in an SEN School based in Trafford. The role is to start in September 2024.

The Role

The candidate must be an experienced Teaching Assistant with an abundance of experience in Special Educational Needs. The role will be to support children with profound learning difficulties as well as behavioral needs which will require the candidate to have good behavior management skills. If you feel that you have vast knowledge and experience with complex physical needs as well as behavior needs such as ADHD, ASD and complex physical needs, get in touch!

The candidate must have:

  • 6 months experience working with children
  • Experience and knowledge of supporting children with SEN and complex needs
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • DBS on update register
  • References for last 2 years work history
  • Up to date CV
