Use your sports coaching background to engage students in physical activities that enhance teamwork, self-confidence, and social skills.Support the class teacher by helping to manage student behaviour and promoting positive interactions during lessons and activities.Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN and SEMH, encouraging them to develop both academically and socially.Lead structured physical activities and help integrate sports into the daily routine to motivate and inspire students.

Experience, Training, and Qualifications:

A Sports Coaching degree or similar qualification is preferred.Previous experience working with children or young people, particularly in a sports or coaching role, is advantageous.A good understanding of how physical activity can promote mental health, teamwork, and positive behaviour.Safeguarding training is beneficial but can be provided as part of the role.Candidate Requirements:
