About the Alternative Primary Provision:
This inclusive and welcoming setting caters to children from EYFS up to KS2, supporting a diverse range of needs, including ASD, MLD, ADHD, Social, SEMH challenges, and other complex learning requirements.
Teaching Assistant Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join this exceptional team. The successful candidate will work closely with students across various age groups, providing tailored support to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant:

Qualifications and Experience Required for the Teaching Assistant:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role is essential.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
