Do you want to join a company where they look to support with any training and have clear progression opportunities?This well-established Construction company who operate nationally specialises in interior refurbishment projects within the Commercial sector. With their projects ranging from retail stores, restaurants and leisure centers they work in partnership with a diverse range of clientele. Their ability to offer a high standard of service to their clients has found them consistent success since their conception, this is why they are looking to add to their dynamic team with this exciting opportunity.In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, which will include getting a clear understanding of client specifications for the projects. Once you have a good understanding of the project requirements you will then be responsible for producing accurate estimates costs for material and labor. You will also be involved in the preparation and submission of the bids for projects. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be liaising closely with project managers, designers and clients to make sure projects are running smoothly commercially and all estimates are accurate.The ideal candidate will be an Estimator with strong experience in the Commercial sector to be able to hit the ground running, as well as holding a full UK drivers license to be able to travel to sites nationwide when required.This is a great opportunity for an Estimator to join a well-established construction company where you will work on a variety of Commercial projects, all whilst having support on further training and clear progression through the company.The Role:
