Their projects range across commercial, education, healthcare, residential, leisure, infrastructure and retail.A close-knit organisation with a family feel, looking to expand due to continuous growth.Your new roleYou will be split between field-based surveying and office work, with a large focus on delivery of written reports, habitat management and monitoring plans.Main duties incluse:
- Support on the delivery of biodiversity projects from planning to post-development
- Field work, including small and large-scale habitat surveys and condition assessments
- BNG assessments and reporting
- Producing habitat management plans
- Supporting the ecology team if required
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in an ecology-related role
- Experience with BNG assessments
- A relevant degree
- A valid UK driving licence
- Understanding of GIS
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
- Project delivery and management experience
- Excellent communication skills
