It needs someone used to that, someone highly experienced who isn't going to need their hand holding.

Hours are flexible, you can start between 7:30am - 9am and as long as you do your 37.5 hours per week, he's flexible.
He's fair, if you have a family emergency or a dentist appointment, go, if you need to finish early for your child/ grandchild's assembly, go.
