Executive Assistant

Your new companyHays are recruiting for a permanent Executive Assistant on an exclusive basis. This role is fully office based with some travel expected. Prestwich Manchester Your new roleAs Executive Assistant to the director of the business, you will provide full strategic support, you will attend business meetings, take minutes and full notes, attend visits documenting all findings. You will be technically strong, pulling together financial information and inputting large amounts of data into spreadsheets whilst using excel. You will be required to attend team meetings and run the agenda. You will be responsible for extensive diary management, email management. Occasional travel is required. You will produce power-point presentations and dictate voice notes, you will support the team of PAs with any necessary duties. What you'll need to succeedPrevious experience as an Executive Assistant is essential, you will be comfortable working as the director's right-hand person. You will be technically strong, you will have strong IT skills, you will be comfortable working on various systems. You will be comfortable working in the office, and you will be able to travel as per business needs. What you'll get in returnThis role is paying up to £44,000, a fast-growing, impressive business.
