Executive Assistant – £30k-£40k DOE – Central Manchester – Entrepreneurial Property Firm – Flexi Working – Start ASAPAn entrepreneurial property development firm are seeking a pro-active and forward-thinking EA to join their small, close-knit team of two, to assist both founders as soon as possible. Working with two incredible entrepreneurs in the heart of Manchester, you will be the sole support to these high-flying seniors, and no two days will be the same! What you’ll do- You will be supporting both founders, with general day-to-day business support, plus some ad hoc private responsibilities. Flexibility and adaptability are certainly key in this role; therefore, a versatile mindset is a must – this role goes beyond the job specification. Duties include (summarised - not all):
  • Diary and travel management
  • Private responsibilities
  • Assisting in the management of properties in the portfolio
  • Assisting in the management of ongoing development projects
  • Liaising with accountants, lawyers and bankers when required
  • Maintain records on rent received, tenants, bills etc.
  • Ad-hoc project work (research, contact finding, document preparation)
  • General administrative duties (mail, errands, appointment setting, bookings)
Who you are – Ideally an Executive Assistant with prior coordination and management experience with a positive and high energy outlook. The right candidate requires a team player attitude, works efficiently and precisely, who takes pride in organisation and honesty. An eye for interior design could be a bonus…. Property knowledge is desirably, but not mandatory.  The founders are happy to train and provide market knowledge. Benefits Include:
