Position – Legal PA
Location – Manchester, Sharston
Type – Permanent
Hours – 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday, 08:30 - 17:00 Friday (Hybrid)
Salary – Up to £30,000 per annum DOE
About the role
Working within the RTA team, the appointed person will:
- Prepare correspondence and documents through audio typing and word processing
- Arrange for all copying to be done should the admin team be unavailable
- Make appointments, arrange meetings and manage diaries
- Customer service - Talk with clients over the phone and in person about their accounts and update where necessary
- Administer filing and ensure that all compliance and GDPR rules are followed
- Keep up to date with training, legislations and more
- Work with full confidentialityÂ
Person Specification
Worked to at least Legal Secretary level
Have audio typing experience with WPM at 65+ WPM
Digital Dictation experience
