We are currently working with a fantastic multi-asset investment company who is looking for someone who would be able to work within a fast-paced and changing role. You will be working as the Personal Assistant to the Director of the company.

What you will be doing:

  • Efficiently manage the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements both personally and professionally.
  • Manage Directors personal vehicles, insurances etc
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and post. Greeting visitors and ensuring outgoing post is dealt with promptly.
  • Prepare documents for signature, collating reports as required.
  • Organise travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips and meetings.
  • When required, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure projects/outcomes stay on track.
  • Manage meeting room requirements including booking, preparing the room, and providing refreshments.

What you will need to bring:

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant
  • Good knowledge working with Microsoft systems
  • Be able to prioritize and organize workload
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
