We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive to join our client's Corporate Insurance team in Manchester. This hybrid position allows flexibility with both office and home working options.

As an Account Executive, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing the service delivery and coordinating with internal teams to ensure exceptional outcomes. You’ll also have the opportunity to drive client growth through strategic relationship-building and identifying opportunities to introduce tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the coordination and delivery of client services, ensuring all needs are met with the highest level of quality.
  • Foster and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Actively identify and pursue opportunities to grow revenue and profitability within your client portfolio, meeting annual revenue targets.
  • Introduce and align the client’s needs with the right products and services, effectively communicating business priorities to internal teams.
  • Ensure full compliance with risk management and company policies.

Skills & Experience:

  • ACII or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong background in the commercial insurance industry, with in-depth product knowledge.
  • Experience handling large corporate insurance clients is a plus.
  • A solid understanding of commercial business dynamics and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • A client-focused, consultative approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
