Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing audit assignments from planning to completion.
- Reviewing audit work and providing guidance to junior team members.
- Liaising with clients and key stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.
- Ensuring audits comply with relevant accounting and regulatory standards.
- Assisting in the development of the firm’s audit methodology and best practices.
- Supporting business development by identifying new opportunities for the firm.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with relevant audit experience.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results.
