As a Senior Audit Manager, you will take the lead in managing and overseeing audit assignments from start to finish. Your role as a Senior Audit Manager:
- You will manage and oversee audit and account assignments, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing support and feedback.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant auditing and accounting standards.
- Contribute to process improvements and team development.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You must be ACA Qualified with post qualification experience
- ACCA/equivalent qualified accountant.
- Extensive experience in audit and accounts practice.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant accounting and auditing standards (FRS, IFRS).
- Experience using Caseware and CCH (advantageous but not essential).
