With a strong market presence and an expanding portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, they are seeking an experienced Corporate Insolvency Manager to join their dynamic team. The Role:As a Corporate Insolvency Manager, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of corporate insolvency matters, including administrations, liquidations, and CVAs. You will lead a team of insolvency professionals, ensuring cases are managed efficiently, in compliance with regulatory requirements, and to the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from initiation to closure.

Lead and mentor a team of insolvency professionals, providing guidance and support where required.

Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices.

Liaise with creditors, directors, and other stakeholders, providing clear and professional communication.

Prepare detailed reports, financial analysis, and case progression updates.

Attend meetings with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders as required.

Identify potential risks and proactively address any challenges within cases.

Assist in business development and networking activities to support company growth.
Requirements:

Proven experience managing corporate insolvency cases, ideally within a professional insolvency or accountancy practice.

Strong knowledge of UK insolvency legislation, regulations, and procedures.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases effectively, and meet deadlines.

CPI or JIEB qualification (preferred but not essential).
