With a strong market presence and an expanding portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, they are seeking an experienced Corporate Insolvency Manager to join their dynamic team. The Role:As a Corporate Insolvency Manager, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of corporate insolvency matters, including administrations, liquidations, and CVAs. You will lead a team of insolvency professionals, ensuring cases are managed efficiently, in compliance with regulatory requirements, and to the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from initiation to closure.

  • Lead and mentor a team of insolvency professionals, providing guidance and support where required.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices.

  • Liaise with creditors, directors, and other stakeholders, providing clear and professional communication.

  • Prepare detailed reports, financial analysis, and case progression updates.

  • Attend meetings with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders as required.

  • Identify potential risks and proactively address any challenges within cases.

  • Assist in business development and networking activities to support company growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing corporate insolvency cases, ideally within a professional insolvency or accountancy practice.

  • Strong knowledge of UK insolvency legislation, regulations, and procedures.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • CPI or JIEB qualification (preferred but not essential).
