Search is currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Head of Operational Excellence to work with one of our clients within the Manchester Area. You will lead process design, continuous improvement, and operational support, particularly within the Record to Report (RtR) area.

Location: Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days on site)Contract Duration: March 2025 until December 2025Software Used: SAP, HFM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support global process objectives and drive change initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure process adoption.
  • Lead innovation projects and process optimisation efforts.
  • Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement through data analysis.
  • Manage and coach direct reports to improve efficiency and capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
  • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Kaizen.
Experience Required:
  • 10+ years in finance, accounting, or operational excellence roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.
  • Expertise in Record to Report (RtR) processes.
Skills:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Data-driven with a focus on process optimisation and innovation.
  • Proven ability to drive change and improve operational efficiency.
