Finance Manager | High-Growth B2B SaaS Scale-Up | Manchester (Hybrid)
We're excited to be working with a rapidly growing SaaS scale-up based in Manchester, on their search for a Finance Manager to support their next phase of expansion.

The Role:
Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a broad and hands-on role that will see you take ownership of financial reporting, management accounts, and month-end processes. You'll also work closely with the FD on forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
In a fast-moving scale-up environment, the Finance Manager will play a key role in designing and improving financial processes, implementing robust controls, and ensuring the finance function is set up to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong financial controls and processes to support best practice.
- Oversee month-end and management accounting processes.
- Assist the FD in running an effective budgeting and forecasting process.
- Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide insightful SaaS KPIs and financial analysis to drive business performance.
- Act as a key business partner to non-finance teams and senior stakeholders.
- Support the production of long-term strategic financial plans.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Oversee statutory reporting and liaise with auditors and tax advisors.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Experience in a SaaS or recurring revenue business model.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, reporting, and FP&A.
- Previous experience owning month-end processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 DOEShare options, Private healthcare, Hybrid & Flexible Working
