Role Overview: As a key member of the rapidly expanding Manchester Transaction Services team, you will oversee the delivery of Financial Due Diligence/FDD projects. You will work closely with senior management and clients from a range of sectors, to provide strategic pre-deal reviews. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the success of key clients and contribute to the growth of our client's practice in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage transaction services engagements, including buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and providing insights on transaction strategies.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed due diligence reports, financial analyses, and transaction-related documentation.
- Assist with the development of new business opportunities by leveraging existing networks and cultivating new client relationships
- Mentor and manage a team of talented professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and regulatory developments, ensuring our services remain at the forefront of the market.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience (3+ years) in transaction services, corporate finance, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful FDD projects.
- ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent is essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop junior team members.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
