- Collating slides for Information Memorandums from various departments and general IM tidy ups/formatting (in PowerPoint).
- Producing high quality Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, Request for Pricing or Information responses as required.
- Ensuring that the prevailing deal governance standards are adhered to in relation to the bid process.
- Ensuring MI reporting is timely and accurate and that the deal pipeline is fully understood by the Board.
- Communicating effectively with the relevant internal stakeholders and third parties as required to ensure deal deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Attending due diligence visits and producing due diligence reporting requirements and actions as required.
- Supporting the Origination and Pricing Leads on a day-to-day basis.
- Ad hoc administrative support such as minute taking and arranging client meetings.
