We have a fantastic new opportunity an experienced Housing Disrepair Fdee Earner to join a highly reputable Law firm based in the Greater Manchester area.The firm are renowned for having an exceptional Housing Disrepair Department, and this would be a great opportunity for an experienced Fee Earner looking to further their career in this area of Law!The Housing Disrepair Fee Earner responsibilities:-

  • Manage a case-load of housing disrepair claims from inception to settlement
  • Assist the wider team on higher value housing disrepair claims
  • Liaise with clients and all third parties

Requirements:-

  • Previous experience (2 years) handling a case-load of HDR cases including litigation.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft)
  • Excellent organisation and diary management
  • Ability to work independently as well as being a team player.
