A well-established litigation firm in Manchester is expanding their Housing Disrepair department and looking for 4-5 fee earners/solicitors/litigators to join them.

Candidates with volume personal injury litigation are also encouraged to apply. This client can offer retrains for litigators looking to move into housing disrepair.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected Law Firm in the housing sector.

You will be responsible for handling a caseload of pre and post-litigated housing disrepair claims from inception to completion, complying with the Pre Action Protocol for Housing Conditions. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Running a large caseload of pre- and post-litigation housing conditions claims on behalf of tenants
  • Comply with Pre Action-Protocol for Housing Disrepair Claims
  • Draft Letters of Claim
  • Collation of special damages
  • Negotiation and settlement
  • Liaise with counsel
  • Issue Court Proceedings

Salary £35,000-£45,000+a generous bonus structure, 25 days holiday + birthday off, flexible/home working, renowned training and development and modern city centre offices.
