Location: Didsbury, Manchester

The Company is now seeking a strong Administrator to provide a professional support service for the Human Resources Department; ensuring that an efficient administrative service is provided, and that all Company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.

Your key responsibilities would include:

  • Processing new starters and leavers across the Group
  • Processing any contract changes
  • Processing all family leave requests
  • Ensuring the HR Management System and employee files are accurate and up to date and that all requirements and procedures relating to Eligibility to Work in the UK are adhered to
  • Assisting with answering general employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, company benefits, family leave terms and conditions where possible.
  • Assisting with answering general queries from our temporary workers
  • Assisting with bids and tenders
  • Any other task that supports the function of the HR department

The team are hardworking, passionate about what they do and agile to the needs of the business and we need our HR Administrator to be driven by those same principles.

Requirements include:

  • Good general education with grades A or B (6+) in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive, can do attitude
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced, commercial environment
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and polite manner
  • Have a strong team work ethic, with the willingness to get stuck in
