If so, this is the role for you! This very successful company is looking for an HR Administrator to join them. The role includes a salary of £27,310 (£28,210 including GBP900 attendance bonus) and benefits that include holidays that increase to 26 days holiday plus bank holidays over time, pension scheme, life assurance and free onsite parking along with CIPD study support in for the right person. The role offers hybrid working and an early Friday finish every other week What will you be doing as an HR Administrator:Working as part of a small HR team, you will be managing the day to day HR admin tasks in the office. Duties will include:

  • Arranging occupational health appointments and updating the database
  • Arranging annual calibration of occupational health equipment
  • Completing starter and leaver administration
  • Completing HR inductions
  • Taking notes at meetings
  • Maintaining sickness records for monthly and weekly paid employees
  • Completing retirement paperwork for all employees
  • Updating monthly attendance bonus administration
  • Organising long service awards
  • Requesting DBS checks
  • Update training plans in line with performance reviews and arranging training
  • Complete driving license checks
  • Maintaining holiday entitlement records

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR Administrator role (although a good administrator keen to build a career in HR may also be considered)
  • CIPD level 3 qualification would be beneficial but not essential
  • Comfortable with Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Have excellent communication skills meticulous attention to detail is essential
