HR Administrator

Venn Group are currently partnered with a legal practice in the Greater Manchester area who urgently require a full time HR Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract

The HR team handles a variety of queries from around the business and they are looking for a talented candidate who can proactively manage tasks and support the wider team

The ideal candidate will have experience in contractual changes, job change requests, whilst being a point of contact for all levels of the business

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day transactional queries
  • Managing the employee lifecycle
  • Processing family leave (i.e. maternity and paternity)
  • Onboarding new employees and reference
  • DBS checking
  • Managing the HR inbox
  • Maintaining employee records along
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Being a first point of contact for all levels of the business
