Tony Alan is delighted to have partnered on an exclusive basis with a prestigious organisation based in Manchester to help them recruit a HR Administrator on a 10-month Fixed Term contract, with the opportunity to become permanent. This dynamic organisation is on an exciting journey, and as they continue to grow, are looking for a highly motivated HR Administrator to provide a comprehensive HR administrative support function to the team and the business (circa 220 employee across the UK), in line with company and legal processes.

As the HR Administrator, reporting to the Head of HR, you will have a key role in fostering a transparent, open, and supportive environment for all employees, through the delivery of a people centric strategy and aligned with the company values.

This is a fast paced and evolving role where such duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Recruitment administration: Liaising with applicants, arranging interviews
  • Providing a first class on-boarding experience for all new starters
  • Updating and maintaining employee data and details in line with GDPR and company procedures.
  • Ensuring work is carried out adhering to company HR policies and procedures
  • Support with benefit platform administration
  • Create and post Intranet posts to support internal communications. Cultivating a positive culture.
  • Assisting in the coordination of various people related activities
  • Providing cover for reception when required
  • Booking training, accommodation, travel and venues when required.

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience working as a HR Administrator in a fast-paced environment. You will be passionate about progressing your career in HR, have a positive "cando" attitude and the ability to demonstrate a proactive approach to all tasks. This role demands someone with strong attention to detail and the desire to deliver challenging time-scales. Someone studying towards CIPD is desirable.
