Job: OL/PL Portal Manager

Location: Manchester 

My client, a leading law firm in Manchester, is looking for a talented Personal Injury specialist to head its Occupiers’ and Public Liability portal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead a team of 10-15 Portal Litigation Executives
  • Claims Handling: Oversee more than 1,500 claims
  • Process Improvement: Conduct regular reviews and implement changes
  • Client Interaction: Provide exceptional client service and address queries

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Solicitor/Legal Executive (CILEX) or qualified by experience
  • Experience: Handling Claimant Personal Injury portal cases, especially Occupiers’ and Public Liability claims
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to supervise large teams and manage productivity
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Civil Procedure Rules and Pre-Action Protocols
  • Skills: Strong organisational, leadership and interpersonal abilities – adept at client communication and complaint resolution
