Job: OL/PL Portal Manager
Location: ManchesterÂ
My client, a leading law firm in Manchester, is looking for a talented Personal Injury specialist to head its Occupiers’ and Public Liability portal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:Â Lead a team of 10-15 Portal Litigation Executives
- Claims Handling:Â Oversee more than 1,500 claims
- Process Improvement:Â Conduct regular reviews and implement changes
- Client Interaction:Â Provide exceptional client service and address queries
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualifications:Â Solicitor/Legal Executive (CILEX) or qualified by experience
- Experience: Handling Claimant Personal Injury portal cases, especially Occupiers’ and Public Liability claims
- Leadership Skills:Â Proven ability to supervise large teams and manage productivity
- Knowledge:Â Familiarity with Civil Procedure Rules and Pre-Action Protocols
- Skills: Strong organisational, leadership and interpersonal abilities – adept at client communication and complaint resolution
