What you will do:

  • Safeguarding Referrals and Screening: Conduct thorough assessments of safeguarding referrals, gather vital information, and determine subsequent actions.
  • Enquiries and Information Gathering: Perform initial enquiries and create safeguarding plans by collecting information from an array of sources to mitigate identified risks.
  • Multi-Agency Collaboration: Engage with professionals from health, police, and other agencies to orchestrate a unified response to safeguarding issues.
  • Communication and Engagement: Use your adept communication skills to effectively interact with vulnerable adults, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Case Management: Oversee a caseload of intricate cases, ensuring prioritization and timely interventions.
  • Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning to stay informed about safeguarding legislation and evolving best practices.

Requirements:Must hold a recognized professional Social Work qualification (e.g., DipSW, degree in Social Work) along with current registration with Social Work England. Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of post-qualifying experience in social work is essential. Skills:
