Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Sales Team Leader to join the business.
About the role:
The role requires the successful candidate to have experience of managing staff as you will be responsible for a team of sales executives. The Sales Team Leader is a vital member of the team, sourcing potential new clients and achieving an individual target in order to contribute to team targets, whilst also giving guidance to fellow team members and driving sales performance. They will work to deliver continuous improvements to the customer experience and add value through innovation.
The candidate will also manage client relationships via account management to achieve forecasts and enhance the quality of the client experience, either through discussion or through completing a training needs analysis. High levels of organisation, attention to detail, exceptional customer
service and time management skills are all essential requirements of this demanding role. Leadership skills are a must in this proactive role in order to achieve individual and team targets.
About you:
The Sales Team Leader position is suited to an individual with a passion for delegate experience and a drive for achieving targets. The role also requires the successful candidate to have exposure to management of staff. The successful candidate will be managing a team of sales executives whilst also achieving personal sales targets set. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in telephone and email communications ideally in the training industry. You will be a proven sales professional with 360 sales cycle experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Sales Team Leader role is to fulfil the following duties and responsibilities:
- Leading a sales team to deliver set targets and KPI’s
- Take a hands-on approach with the team providing mentoring, support and training
- Generating weekly sales reports and updating a CRM
- Contributing sales to weekly team targets
- Driving performance and conducting 1 to 1 meeting’s
- Motivating staff to increase performance
- Coaching and mentoring the team to capacity build staff
- Report daily to the Head of Business Development
