Sennen Education are recruiting for a SEND teaching assistant to join a lovely primaryschool in Wythenshawe. The role will be supporting children with SEND across KS1 and KS2. You would be joining a team whose aim is to provide the best educational, care and transition pathways for children and young people who experience difficulties with learning. These posts are ongoing and long-term roles with Septemberstart subject to the relevant checks being completed.
CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
Location - WythenshaweManchester
Position - SEN Teaching Assistant Type of work - Teaching Support
Start date - September
Contract type - Temporary Full time, potentially becoming permanent from July.
Rate of pay up to - 115per day
Hours - 8:30 am - 3.30 pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience working of working with young people (which we can reference)
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (essential, we can provide training)
Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
You will also need to be up to date with Keeping Children Safe in Education or be willing to undertake additional training
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
