Description

The People & Culture Manager will assess the current HR offering, and further build on this, ensuring the organisation is an employer of choice in their specialist field.
Role expectations include;

  • Delivery of the people agenda, collaborating with the leadership team on the design and implementation of people plans
  • Provide robust employee relations advice and support across all areas relating to employment law and ensure adherence to policies and practices
  • Coach, influence and support managers and leaders on a range of people activities
  • Own and drive talent strategy, coaching managers to ensure talent is highlighted and recognised in the business alongside building capabilities and succession plans
  • Oversee recruitment practices alongside hiring managers
  • Review and delivery of a robust Reward framework across all levels within the business
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Be the 'go-to' contact in the office for all people related queries, and be a role model driving the behavioural values of the organisation
  • Lead on general office management activities across the organisation

Profile

The ideal candidate will have a full generalist HR toolkit having ideally operated as a standalone People Manager in an SME or similar environment
