Are you passionate about people and have a creative approach to HR? My client is a leading luxury tour operator looking for a Senior HR Executive to join their dynamic team. Based in Manchester, this is a hybrid role offering the flexibility of working both remotely and from their office.

Key Responsibilities as a Senior HR Executive:

- Lead HR initiatives that foster a positive and engaging work environment.

- Develop and implement creative HR strategies that enhance employee experience and wellbeing.

- Support management in aligning HR practices with business objectives.

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent.

- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.

- Lead and participate in key HR projects and initiatives.

- Implement HR software and tools to automate routine tasks.

About You:

- You have a positive, people-focused approach to HR, with a passion for employee engagement.

- You are creative, bringing fresh ideas and initiatives to enhance our work culture.

- You have the confidence to take ownership of your ideas and see them through to successful implementation.

- Experience in HR within a fast-paced travel company would be a bonus, but not essential.

- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
